1. What can I do if I'm unable to log into the Ailith WEB?
If you're having trouble logging into Ailith WEB, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you are using the correct Ailith WEB address: app.ailith.ai. Some users may accidentally try to access our official website instead: https://www.ailith.ai/.
2. Make sure you are using the same account that you log in on the Ailith App.
If the problem is not solved, please contact us here for further assistance and provide a screenshot of the login page.
2. What can I do if I fail to connect the Ailith RecNote to the App?
For reconnection issues:
If the Ailith app cannot find the Ailith RecNote, please try the following steps:
- Make sure the device has sufficient battery and can be turned on (better to fully charge the device).
- Make sure the phone's Bluetooth is on.
- Update the Ailith App to the newest version.
- Restart the phone.
- Reset the device(Long-press the record button for 15 seconds while charging).
If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to submit a request, and we will take further action to assist you.
3. What can I do if I am not satisfied with the transcription?
If the AI transcription isn't perfect, you can easily reprocess it for better results.
Tap the "..." (More) menu in the top-right corner.
Select "Re-transcribe."
The audio will be processed again for higher accuracy.
For further edits, you can copy the text and edit it directly on your phone or computer.
4. Is it safe for me to use your recorder？
Certainly. We care data protection.

For Using Process
1.How can I make sure the recording process is on going?
After turning on the device, click the record button to start recording. The device will vibrate once and start recording. If you want to edn it, please click it during recording, and the device will vibrate twice.
2. How can I use Real-time Translation Setting?
When the recording device is connected to the App, long press the real-time translation button to record the content to be translated. After completing the recording, release the real-time translation button and the recording will be translated into the set language on the App and broadcast from the App device in the form of voice. (You can set whether to broadcast translated voice on the app)
3. How can I make sure the Phone call is on recording?
When using for the first time, please charge and bind the App before recording.
When recording a phone call, make sure your recording device is in phone recording mode(Slide the mode switch upwards)) and attach the recording device to the back of the phone through the magnetic ring.
4. Do I need to subscribe for long-term service？
Please feel free to check our plan. You could get free plan with 400 mins.
5. How does the recorder perform in noisy environments?
Our recorder is equipped with AI-powered Noise Reduction and high-definition audio capture. This advanced technology actively filters out background noise (like chatter or traffic) while enhancing the primary speaker's voice, ensuring your recordings remain clear and intelligible even in bustling environments like coffee shops or conferences.
6. Can the AI transcription handle mixed Chinese and English (code-switching)?
Yes. In the Translation Recording Mode, our AI seamlessly transcribes speech that mixes Chinese and English. The resulting transcript will display both languages simultaneously on the page, accurately reflecting the original dialogue without requiring manual switching.
7. How accurate is the speaker identification (diarization)?
Our speaker identification technology is highly precise. It employs advanced voiceprint recognition to distinguish between different speakers within a conversation. Even in moderately noisy settings, the system can clearly separate and label each speaker's dialogue, making it ideal for transcribing multi-person meetings and interviews.
